Postora AI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the Postora AI mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, and email address.

Content You Create
We store the topics, captions, hashtags, and brand voice samples you enter into the App, along with your generated posts and their version history.

Usage Data
We track how many AI posts you generate each day to enforce plan limits, and basic app usage to maintain and improve the service.

We do not collect payment information at this time, as paid plans are not yet available.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account
Generate AI-powered content based on your topics and brand voice
Send you account-related emails (such as sign-up confirmation and password resets)
Send local notifications for scheduled post reminders
Maintain and improve the App

3. Third-Party Services

Postora AI uses the following third-party services to operate:

Supabase — for authentication, database storage, and secure server-side processing
Groq and OpenRouter — AI providers used to generate your post content. Your topic and brand voice inputs are sent to these providers solely to generate your requested content; they are not used to train these providers' models on our behalf.
Google Workspace — for sending account-related emails from support@postora.app

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase's PostgreSQL database with row-level security, meaning only you can access your own data. API keys used for AI generation are never exposed to your device — all AI requests are processed securely on our servers.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@postora.app. We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and remove your account and associated data from our systems.

6. Children's Privacy

Postora AI is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
