Welcome to Postora AI. By creating an account or using the Postora AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Postora AI is an AI-powered content creation and scheduling tool that helps users generate social media captions and hashtags for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok, and set reminders to post them.
Postora AI does not automatically publish content to any social media platform on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and manually posting any content generated through the App.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Postora AI.
You agree not to use Postora AI to:

Content generated by Postora AI is produced using third-party AI language models. While we strive for quality and relevance, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or require editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing all content before publishing it on any platform.
Postora AI does not claim ownership over the content you generate using the App. You retain the rights to use, edit, and publish your generated content as you see fit.
Postora AI currently offers a Free plan with limited daily AI generations and brand voice profiles. Paid subscription plans with higher limits are planned for future release. Details of any paid plans, including pricing and billing terms, will be provided at the time they become available.
The Postora AI name, logo, and app design are the property of Postora AI. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Postora AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postora AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to content generated through the App or issues arising from third-party AI providers.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@postora.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
